From the Fields of Porthleen by Deborah M. Hathaway

Tender second chance historical romance set in Cornwall.  I enjoyed the descriptions of life there, the tranquility of the sea, the characters' ability to overcome hardships, and their eventual happy ending. I also appreciated that the characters struggled with depression at times in their lives.  Their reality and their ability to eventually cope while monitoring themselves for future signs is very true to life and inspiring to read about.
