Once I figured out this was a Regency retelling of Red Riding Hood, I squealed. This was such a good story with adventure, spunk, romance, and unexpected surprises.
This delightful Cornish romance was a breath of fresh sea air. I loved the bookish heroine and the gardener hero. Their story was sweet with lots of obstacles to overcome. I found this book to be an uplifting literary experience. :)
This marriage of convenience story becomes something much more as Honora finally finds love and self-esteem. Gage is patient and kind and together they write this tender love story. I enjoyed the Christmas elements and Gage's Irish relatives as well.
