The River Path by Jennie Hansen

 

3.5 stars. Lots of weighty subject matter--marriage disagreements, attempted murder, embezzlement, cancer, etc. I did like how the main characters were able to analyze their lives and overcome their challenges with hope for the future. It was action packed to the end with several surprise twists.
