The Last Word by Samantha Hastings

The Last Word was a quick, clean read.  It is set in England in the 1860s, and the heroine is unconventional in her love of math and desire to work in this time period.  It was a delightful read that I feel comfortable recommending to my teens and to anyone who loves historical fiction.
